Renee Royalty Wigs will not be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. 

Please do not request tracking information until the appropriate processing time for your order has passed. 

After receiving tracking information shipping takes between 2-5 business days.

Booking: Please message me before booking to ensure I will be available. My schedule changes weekly.  If you schedule me on a day I am not available your appointment will be moved to the "Squeeze In Install" or CANCELED.
