REFUNDS/RETURNS
All products are FINAL sale. I do not offer returns or refunds.
PROCESS/ SHIPPING
- Please allow 1-3 business days for payment processing (after payments will take 11 days).
- Once order has been checked through payments please allow 5-11 business days for parcel to be ready to be shipped.
- Once tracking number has been sent please allow 3-5 business days for package to arrive.
- Please allow 5-14 business days for customized units.
- Please do not request tracking information until the appropriate processing time for your order has passed.
-Overnight shipping does NOT include the time it takes to get from the vendor, only when I am shipping it to you.
- Due to the Holiday season and recent snow storms, please allow extended process and shipping time.
Starting January 10th, 2025 orders will be delayed until further notice due to me being on maternity leave. You will receive tracking numbers once orders have been fulfilled. This will not be a rushed process for I am enjoying time with my baby but orders will still go out. Thank you for understanding!

ON HAND ORDERS/ PICKUPS
- The wig must be paid in FULL before receiving an address to pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS. I accept cashapp or applepay ONLY.
There will now be a new location, you will receive the address and time I am also available to meet. It will be a 20 minute grace period, after that you will have to text me to reschedule another day for pick up.
Drop offs will remain the same with $40 feet.
Starting January 10th I will not be offering drop off services.
